- The promoter is: The Bournemouth & Poole College whose registered office is at North Road, Poole, BH14 0LS
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of The Bournemouth & Poole College and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Students at The Bournemouth & Poole College may enter.
